Fall Outerwear Under $50

September 28, 2015

What can I say? It is finally fall. Let's pull out all our sweaters, vests, and scarves in this new 70 degree weather. No joke. I feel like it turned to fall overnight. The weather is finally so nice here. The humidity has definitely cooled down. Thank goodness! I am so excited to pull out all those sweaters that I bought at the end of winter last year Also, I get to wear my new riding boots that I got last spring. Yeah, I have been waiting for this season for a long time.
I have been noticing a lot of cool outerwear this year and wanted to find some cheaper versions of these pieces. All of the pieces I chose are under $50. To be honest, I was super proud of myself for scouring the internet for these and being successful.

Faux Fur Vests: Some of my favorite bloggers have already pulled out their fur vest. It has only been fall for how long? I love it though. I have seen these vests paired with long sleeve mock neck shirts and even flowy piko-like tops. They are so versatile and let us not forget cozy. All of the vests I chose are all faux fur.
Waist Coat Jackets: I, honestly, have never found these attractive or really femine until I saw Victoria from In the Frow style one on her Youtube channel. She wore a light grey waist coast with a white blouse and black trousers. It was so minimalistic yet stylish. I believe I have also seen her or another blogger wear a pale pink coat with a mock neck striped tee. A waist coat jacket can easily dress up your outfit. I love the professional yet street style look.
Pea Coat or Long Jacket: I have always loved pea coats or sweater jackets. They are so feminine and warm. If you have a neutral color coat, they are also very easy to incorporate in your outfit.
Utility Jacket: Last year, I used my utility jacket almost every day. They were pretty much in most every outfit. I did not know that the army green color would go with so much. I highly recommend you to get a hold on an army jacket. Mine, personally, is from J. Crew.
Denim Jacket: Throwback to the 90's! Denim jackets are back! Denim on denim was all the rage at New York Fashion Week. I use to own several denim jackets when I was younger and now regret throwing them out, because they were a "fad". I really like the oversized, distressed denim. Look cool and trendy while pairing this with a different shade of denim.
Have you brought out your outerwear for this upcoming season? What is your favorite piece to wear out?
xoxo,
